Synetro partners with distinctive start-up or early stage company management teams, to build business-to-business internet/SaaS, business services and health tech companies. Drawing on the firm’s experience and resources, Synetro is an engaged investor, coach, and member of the board. Synetro is also available to advise management teams, on a CEO “pull” basis, to fine-tune business models, shape go-to-market strategies, fill leadership teams, create partnerships and alliances, structure deals, raise capital, and develop governance processes.

Synetro partners with founder run and family owned business-to-business technology, business services, and manufacturing companies that could benefit from its skills to revitalize or accelerate profitable growth.
Synetro typically makes a control, or strategic minority investment in the business, and assumes an ongoing advisory role.
