Synetro is focused on companies and sectors where it can add more value than just capital and access to its network. As serial entrepreneurs and seasoned advisors with proven operational and transactional expertise, we partner with management teams on a “pull” basis to build successful companies. Our combination of flexible capital – unencumbered by traditional industry (fund) pressures – willingness to roll up our sleeves, and focus on long term success enables management teams to capture opportunities that are often left untapped.

Early Stage

Synetro partners with distinctive start-up or early stage company management teams, to build business-to-business internet/SaaS, business services and health tech companies. Drawing on the firm’s experience and resources, Synetro is an engaged investor, coach, and member of the board. Synetro is also available to advise management teams, on a CEO “pull” basis, to fine-tune business models, shape go-to-market strategies, fill leadership teams, create partnerships and alliances, structure deals, raise capital, and develop governance processes.
